Southern Wind Shipyard has been busy. Three months ago, the company delivered its SW 82#02 Grande Orazio to its owners. Now, the company announces that it launched another boat, Farfalla (SW 102#03), in Cape Town’s commercial harbor. The owners were there to witness the launch.
Southern Wind has made other versions of SW 102, but this is the first to offer a raised saloon.
Farfalla also features panoramic windows, three guest cabins, a large flush deck, a mainsail captive winch, and a tender garage that holds a four-meter dinghy.
Southern Wind plans to ship the boat by the end of June so that the owners can receive it this summer.
